August Scrap Happy

Its August already. The time flying fast. Yet, this past month was time poor and lacking in motivation. I have instead been sorting, ironing scraps into colour tubs. Attempting to organise and inspire myself.

Stumbling on my paper tape rolls. I started my scrap roll. It’s fiddly, yet interesting. Also great scrap border prep for some distant future project.

Please pop over and visit the blogs of my scrappy blogging friends. They always inspire. This group is lead by 2 go getters Kate and Gun, incredibly talented and motivated with a sewing machine.

  1. The till roll strips are such a useful way to use up those tiny scraps you can’t bear to throw out because they’re so pretty. I use them for sashing scrappy quilts, it looks really good. You’ve made a great start to *something*!
