Its August already. The time flying fast. Yet, this past month was time poor and lacking in motivation. I have instead been sorting, ironing scraps into colour tubs. Attempting to organise and inspire myself.
Stumbling on my paper tape rolls. I started my scrap roll. It’s fiddly, yet interesting. Also great scrap border prep for some distant future project.

Please pop over and visit the blogs of my scrappy blogging friends. They always inspire. This group is lead by 2 go getters Kate and Gun, incredibly talented and motivated with a sewing machine.

If you can´t throw them away, use them! This is a great idea for using scraps!
not being a quilter I never thought of scrap rolls but it is a great idea and I’m going to give it a try. Thanks for the idea.
The till roll strips are such a useful way to use up those tiny scraps you can’t bear to throw out because they’re so pretty. I use them for sashing scrappy quilts, it looks really good. You’ve made a great start to *something*!
well done for having something to show ^^ I haven’t played with scraps in ages!
