Happy New Year and can anyone tell me where has the last month vanished to?🤣
Apologies for being a day late – my BAD ! And another few days away added to my date confusion. Must be getting OLD 🤪
This time a Scrap Self Challenge, as I usually stick to a full pattern. This time with the inspiration from my crafting bloggers at scrap happy, and also Kenzue of Sashiko lab. I set my self a Red Dot Challenge. I had some lovely Red Dot Fabric. You know the soft, floaty cotton, that dreams are made of. If I had a large enough piece to cover my ample frame I would make a dress out of this delightful fabric. Ok you get the picture – its adorable. Yet I only had two 10 inch squares – and some Perle 5 left over from a crochet project years ago.
Freelancing my newly honed Sashiko grid skill and Voila. The perfect craft companion on a recent train trip.
Do pop over a visit my fellow scrap happy bloggers. I am sure they have loads of interesting prohects for you to look and and ooo and aH at.

would fade into oblivion.
Scrap happy this month is minimal – as most of my stitching revolved around secret items, several which have still not arrived in the snail mail, and I don’t want spoiler alert blog post, those items will be continued in January….
Happy 2022 everyone Debbierose

Great how you can make a “new” fabric, just adding small stitches!
