Scrap Happy – December

Merry Christmas Everyone. Especially to our Scrap Happy Facilitators. I am in awe of Kate and Gun, who inspire and give us little nudges to add our posts for scrap happy. I seem to struggle with the little things in life and without their prompting – I would fade into oblivion.

Scrap happy this month is minimal – as most of my stitching revolved around secret items, several which have still not arrived in the snail mail, and I don’t want spoiler alert blog post, those items will be continued in January….

I have completed a few more blocks for my selvage project. Otherwise Just madly organising and reorganising – procrastination actually. yes procrasting has become a norm with me at present – and a little Bah-humbug. Yes, the family Queen of Christmas, has not even set up a tree, or placed one ornament Usually we start to decorate in Mid/last week of Decemebr. This year nothing, and most unlike us. In fact I was thinking if I never decorate again I don’t really care.

But, I digress from the point of this blog post – Here are the links for everyone who joins ScrapHappy from time to time (they may not post every time, but their blogs are still worth looking at). No new members to welcome this month, just the usual suspects – LOL plus my 3 blocks

Merry Christmas ❤ Debbierose

  1. Sad to say, I’m not seeing your three images! I hope you can fix that up as I really enjoy seeing your work. And relax, there are days and days left till Christmas 😊

  2. I’m feeling a bit humbug too this year, Debbie.
Fed up with all the Covid stuff on the news (had my 3rd jab today). Prospect of a very quiet xmas . . . and I’m not even going to put the tree up this year.

  3. I really appreciate your greetings – Merry Christmas to you too! This can be a glum time of year for many of us. We bring in a potted tree just at the last minute so decorating doesn’t happen till the 22 or 23…But other things make Christmas too, including the sending of secret packages…little things add up!
